This design features many secret spots and distinctly different areas including over 1500m of continuous paths and trails. It is a 4 season design too! Buyers will be given a folder with everything they need for season changes so you change the season whenever you want. It's setup so that you can drive a boat all around the sim and there is even a hidden cave around the back behind a waterfall with a dock. All this and still plenty of room to build or place more than one large house.
